Initiate Your Request
Log into your Distributacon account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
